The miniature emergency lighting is designed to recreate the high-visibility flashing lights of a real fire engine, making this model ideal for collectors, model railway layouts, scale dioramas and display scenes.

Power requirements

The internal lighting system operates from a standard 3V power supply. Do not connect the model directly to a higher-voltage source without modification, as this can permanently damage the LEDs.

For integration into traditional 12V model railway or diorama layouts, I can custom-install the necessary inline voltage resistor before dispatch. Please request this modification at checkout if required.

Wiring

This vehicle has multiple wires for the individual lights. The wires are neatly twisted together and heat-shrunk, allowing the lighting system to be powered from a single battery connector.
