The custom-fitted warning lighting recreates the distinctive flashing lights of a real RAC recovery vehicle, making this model ideal for OO gauge model railway layouts, dioramas, collectors and roadside/recovery scenes.

Power requirements

The internal lighting system operates from a standard 3V power supply. Do not connect the model directly to a higher-voltage source without modification, as this can permanently damage the LEDs.

For integration into traditional 12V model railway layouts, I can custom-install the necessary inline voltage resistor before dispatch. Please request this modification at checkout if required.
